Mutfak eğitimimi tamamlayıp Napoli’ye gidip eğitimime ve çalışma hayatıma başladım, sonrasında Londra'da devam ettim. İstanbul’a döndükten sonra kendi restoranımı açma fırsatım oldu. İlk önce franchise bir marka ile devam edip sonrasında kendi markamı kurup 2017’e kadar devam ettim. Bugüne kadar İstanbul'da çeşitli restoran ve otellerde şeflik yaptım.

After completing my culinary education, I went to Naples and started my education and working life, then continued in London. After returning to Istanbul, I had the opportunity to open my own restaurant. I first started with a franchise brand and then established my own brand and continued until 2017. So far, I have worked as a chef in various restaurants and hotels in Istanbul

Lesvos, Molyvos'ta doğdu. Georgios, küçük yaşlardan itibaren yemek pişirmeye karşı derin bir tutku geliştirdi ve bu da sonunda onu bir kariyer peşinde koşmaya yöneltti.
