GastroKale Midilli Adası'nda

GastroKale derneğini temsilen davetli olduğumuz Midilli adasındaki Lesvos Food Festivali, Senem Loras başkanlığındaki AGAD ve TÜGAFED'den başkanımız Doç. Dr. Yılmaz Seçim ile ekiplerinin ve Chef'imiz Ufuk Karadag'ın destekleri ile çok başarılı bir şekilde tamamlandı.

Molivos ve Petra’da gerçekleşen yerel etkinliklerde misafirlerimizle birlikte yemekler pişirdik, dans ettik ve kültürel bağlarımızı pekiştirdik.

Bu anlamlı iş birliği üzerine, Lesvos Food Festivali Başkanı Nikolaos Molvalis tarafından tarafımıza iletilen teşekkür mektubundan bir alıntıyı paylaşmak isteriz:
